Self – Help: To PLEASE, who do you want?

Too many people spend much of their time trying to keep up with the Joneses, and personal energy. Focusing on their personal priorities and what might be best for them instead of prioritizing them! You can never be as healthy as possible until / unless, in a warranted manner, you stress, feel the best you can, about yourself! This is far different from using empty platitudes in an attempt to lie to yourself, but rather to be ready, willing, and able to be objective, introspective, and to consider what makes you really happy, without worrying too much about what others think or believe.

If you want to help yourself so that you can go on with a happier, healthier life, you have to ask yourself who you want to PLEASE most. With that in mind, this article will attempt, briefly, to consider, review, and discuss, using the mnemonic approach, what this means, and why, when you please and help yourself, you will generally be happier and healthier!

1. Priorities ; enjoyment ; planning:

Do you know your priorities, your needs, your goals and your desires? What efforts and details do you deserve, the pleasure? What are you going to do to ensure that you achieve your personal goals in terms of planning and move forward, towards self – help?

2. Listen ; learn ; guide:

Don’t assume that you have all the answers, or anyone else! Therefore, always listen and learn effectively from every conversation and experience, and gain judgment, and hopefully you seek the wisdom. If you want to be happy, become a leader, not a follower or member of the pack, in terms of your life and lifestyle!

3. Efforts ; investigation ; efficiency ; energy:

Where are you going to focus your efforts to examine, options and alternatives based on your willingness and focus? Are you going to be effective in your efforts? Will you be the best and help yourself to create extra energy that will be useful to you and your happiness?

4. Attitude ; ability ; care ; appearance:

It should be your appearance, one of which you are proud, not because it pleases others, but because it makes you happier! You can-do, attitude, and develop the skill-set, and aptitude, which will make you better and stronger! Pay close attention to the details that focus on your personal priorities!

5. More powerful ; self ; self – service ; self – help:

Take the time and make the effort to focus, help yourself, serve your best interests by addressing issues that make you stronger and help you believe in yourself! If you gain relevant strength, the results will make you happier!
